- We do not supply return labels for returns.
- Returns for refunds will be refunded minus shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center.
- Any product not purchased from the I Think Therefore I Question website. (Amazon or other 3rd party retailer purchases must be returned where it was purchased.)
- Any deck that appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
- Any deck exhibiting physical damage.
- Decks that have been open or used.
Request a return by emailing us at: info@IthinkThereforeIQuestion.com Once your return is received, we will send an email notifying you. We will then reasonably declare approval or rejection of your refund. Accordingly, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days.
I Think Therefore I Question deck orders are shipped Monday through Saturday within 24-48 hours upon placing your order via USPS. For domestic shipping, you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days.
Currently, international shipping is upwards of $20.00 per deck depending on where you are in the world. However, because we believe in the art of conversation, if you are outside of the US and want a deck, please email us at Info@IthinkThereforeIQuestion.com, and we will do our best to work something out. The cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. We do not add on any additional handling fees or hidden costs. Additionally, customs fees and/or taxes required by customs will be passed on to the customer.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
