Q. Are there categories or themes for this deck?
A. Short answer: no. Long answer: When we engage in conversation with friends or new acquaintances, we don’t naturally gravitate towards themes or categories. A good conversation is organic and themeless. This deck is full of the same surprises. Card to card. Topic to topic.
Q. How many cards are in a deck?
A. There are 60 question cards. There are also ten surprise action cards and one intro card, which equal a total of 71 cards.
Q. Will you be selling the deck anywhere besides Kickstarter?
A. Once the kickstarter campaign ends, we will be selling the deck on our website: ITHINKCARDS.COM. We’re negotiating with various distributors and boutique retailers. Kickstarter pricing will not apply.
Q. Can I play this game with my 10 year-old?
A. We do not consider any of the questions in this deck to be vulgar or racy, but we would recommend a PG rating or ages 14 and up.
Q. Do you have more questions or decks coming out in the future?
A. Yes, we plan on releasing expansion decks and other games as well. In fact, we already have two more decks, a board game, and other surprises in cue.
Q. Do you really think another conversation deck is what the world needs right now?
A. How does the song go? “What the world needs now is love, sweet love.” Most every conversation starts with a question. “How are you?” Every question deck’s mission is simple: connection. Connection is love. And what does the world need now?
Q. Will this deck cure cancer?
A. Highly unlikely, but you might someday.
